So much software activity has been produced from the Agile Manifesto. The manifesto has created a fast process for software development. The Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles of the Agile software will speed up the development time and give you the quality you are looking for.

We can adapt to change with the four fundamental values and the twelve principles that are going to produce high-quality software for you on a continual basis.

There are four foundational values:

  • Individuals and Communications Over Procedures and Tools
  • Working Software Over Complete Documentation
  • Teamwork with the customer with contract negotiation
  • Ability to respond to change over when following a plan

We follow the Twelve principles strictly as they are the guiding principles that go with the Agile Movement. We welcome change, and the customer is always the main focus of the work that is done.

The twelve principles of Agile Development that we follow include:

Keeping customers happy by creating continuous working software instead of waiting a long time in between releases.

Having the ability to work with the changing requirements during the process. You need to be able to avoid delays when conditions change.

Being able to complete and process frequent deliveries of all working software, which is achieved by operating in a repetition software sprint.

The ability to work as a team with business people and the developers.

Create teams with motivated people who are trusted and also supported to create a happy working team and environment.

Communicate face to face to ensure the correct information is directed to the right people.

Delivering working, functional software to the customer becomes the primary measure in progress.

Keeping everyone on the team at a consistent pace to ensure delivery on time.

Enhancing agility by using good designs done by people with the right skills.

Develop only what you need to get the job done.

Using self-developing teams brings out the best architects, best designs and quality.

Think about how to become more effective at regular intervals creates more efficient workers.

The purpose of Agile is to align the development with the individual business needs. Our aim is focused on the customers, and there is an encouragement for their participation and guidance to ensure we are doing what is expected, this is how customers keep coming back and continue to have within the Agile Software development system. The customer comes first, and they know what they want surrounding their software.

By doing this, we have resulted in Agile growing to be the leading software developments in and around the industry.
